Return & Refund Policy – Husy

At Husy, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include all original tags
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

  • Return instructions
  • The return shipping address
  • A return shipping label (if applicable)

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

  1. Return the original item
  2. Place a new order after your return is approved

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to:

  • Cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days

Please note:

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@husycomp.com.
