Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Failed delivery attempts
- Packages returned due to address issues
If a package is returned:

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages
Once the order is handed to the carrier, Husy is not responsible for:
- Lost or stolen packages
- Delivery delays
However, we will do our best to assist you in contacting the carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

- Include photos of the item and packaging

Split Shipments
In some cases, your order may arrive in separate packages due to:

- Logistics or warehouse differences
